For families interested in our fun activities throughout the holidays keep your eye out for the activities flyer which will be posted on our website soon. What's been happening around the park? Well, we have now completed the upgrade to the laundry area in the main amenities block. This upgrade consists of a newly paved clothesline area, and also both new washing machines and dryers in the laundry for all guests to benefit from.

WHAT'S ON
THE WHALES ARE ON THEIR WAY!
Although many whales and dolphins are seen in South Australia throughout the year the Southern Right Whale's annual migration occurs between June and October. During this time the whales can be seen with their new calves close to the shores near Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Port Lincoln, Kangaroo Island & Head of the Bight. The first whale (Southern Right Whale) of the 2010 whale season has been spotted off Waitpinga on the 9th of May.
The mother whale was seen spy hopping and entertaining spectators for more than 2 hours in the waters off West Island. So be sure to keep your eye out for the arrival of more whales arriving in the area. Also be sure to check out the SA whale centre for all information regarding the official launch of the 2010 whale season and playtime festival and the latest sightings.
